Hi, I’m Suzann Honaker, the heart behind Susan at Lime and the person who believes real estate should always feel personal, welcoming, and rooted in genuine relationships.
As a Realtor® serving the Oklahoma City Metro and surrounding communities, helping people buy and sell homes is only part of the story. How many people are expected to attend?
We are expecting 5,000+ attendees from across the OKC Metro and surrounding communities.

We welcome businesses of all kinds, not just real estate-related companies. Can sponsors sell products during the event?
No direct sales are permitted during the event. This is a complimentary community event, and we intend to keep the atmosphere relaxed and family-focused. Sponsors ARE encouraged to:

✔ Collect contact information voluntarily shared by guests

Will sponsors receive booth space?
Yes. Sponsorship levels that include Vendor Row participation will receive designated booth/tent space during the event.
Will guests actually walk Vendor Row?
Yes. We are hosting a Vendor Row Scavenger Hunt where attendees visit sponsor booths to collect signatures for a chance to win: 💥 $2,500 worth of fireworks 💥 This was intentionally designed to help increase sponsor traffic, engagement, and visibility throughout the evening.
What should sponsors bring?
Sponsors are encouraged to bring: Tent/canopy setup (if permitted in sponsor area) Tables & chairs, Branded signage Giveaways or swag Business cards, Flyers or coupons.
Interactive activities or games Samples or promotional items.
Is electricity available?
Limited electricity may be available depending on placement and sponsorship level. Please contact us ahead of time for special setup requests.
Can sponsors hand out samples or giveaways?

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, portions of the event may be delayed, modified, or canceled for safety reasons.
