Moments with LIME Photography — Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to photography services provided by Moments with LIME Photography, operated by Suzann Honaker, Sole Proprietor, referred to in these Terms as “Photographer,” “Moments with LIME,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By booking a photography session, submitting payment, signing a photography agreement, or otherwise purchasing photography services from Moments with LIME Photography, the client agrees to the following terms.
Booking & Reservation
A session is not reserved until the required booking retainer has been received and any required photography agreement or release has been completed.
The current booking retainer for Founding Client Sessions is $30 unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
The booking retainer reserves the selected date and time and is applied toward the total session price.
Nonrefundable Booking Retainer
The booking retainer is nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law or where Moments with LIME Photography cancels the session and is unable to provide an acceptable rescheduled date.
The retainer compensates the Photographer for reserving the session time, administrative preparation, communication, planning, and turning away other potential bookings for that time.
Remaining Balance
The remaining session balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled session, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
A session may be cancelled or postponed if the balance has not been paid by the deadline.
No final gallery will be delivered until all amounts due have been paid in full.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If the client needs to reschedule, the client should contact Moments with LIME Photography as soon as possible.
When reasonable notice is provided, the booking retainer may be transferred to one rescheduled session, subject to Photographer availability.
Repeated rescheduling, failure to communicate, or cancellation after a rescheduled date may result in forfeiture of the booking retainer.
Any additional rescheduling terms displayed during booking will also apply.
Weather
Outdoor sessions may be affected by rain, severe weather, unsafe temperatures, high winds, hazardous conditions, or other circumstances outside the Photographer’s control.
The Photographer will make the final determination regarding whether conditions are reasonably safe and suitable for photography.
If the Photographer determines that rescheduling is necessary because of weather or unsafe conditions, the booking retainer will transfer to the rescheduled session.
Cloudy skies alone are not necessarily grounds for rescheduling.
Illness & Emergencies
Clients should contact the Photographer as soon as reasonably possible if illness or an emergency prevents attendance.
The Photographer may also reschedule due to illness, family emergency, equipment failure, dangerous weather, or another circumstance that makes completion of the session impractical or unsafe.
If the Photographer is unable to perform the photography services and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduled date, amounts paid for services not performed will be refunded.
Late Arrivals
Session time begins at the scheduled appointment time.
A client's late arrival may reduce the amount of photography time available because sessions may be scheduled around other clients, lighting conditions, location restrictions, or sunset.
The Photographer is not required to extend the session beyond the originally scheduled ending time.
Significant lateness may be treated as a missed session.
No-Shows
A client who does not attend the scheduled session and does not provide notice may forfeit the booking retainer and any other amounts identified as nonrefundable under the booking agreement.
A new booking and new retainer may be required to schedule another session.
Client Cooperation
The Photographer will make reasonable efforts to create a positive session experience and produce photographs consistent with the Moments with LIME portfolio and editing style.
However, particular poses, expressions, cooperation from children, participation from pets, weather conditions, crowd conditions, lighting, or specific individual photographs cannot be guaranteed.
The client is responsible for arriving prepared and for the behavior, safety, and cooperation of participating family members, children, guests, and pets.
Children & Minors
A parent or legal guardian must provide authorization for photography services involving a minor when required.
A parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult designated by the parent or guardian should remain present during sessions involving minors unless another arrangement has been approved by the Photographer.
Because Oklahoma law places special limits on minors' contractual capacity, releases and contractual permissions involving a child should be completed by a parent or legal guardian rather than relying on the child to enter the agreement personally.
Location Rules & Permissions
Clients must follow all rules applicable to the selected photography location.
Some parks, venues, businesses, buildings, event spaces, or private properties may require permits, admission fees, parking fees, or photography fees.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any client-requested location fees are the client’s responsibility.
Moments with LIME Photography does not guarantee unrestricted access to any public or private photography location.
Artistic Style
By booking Moments with LIME Photography, the client acknowledges that photography and editing involve artistic judgment.
Final photographs will reflect the Photographer’s style, including choices involving composition, cropping, exposure, color, black-and-white conversion, lighting, retouching, image selection, and other artistic decisions.
The client acknowledges that exact duplication of photographs seen in another photographer’s portfolio, social media, Pinterest, or other inspiration source cannot be guaranteed.
Image Selection
The Photographer determines which photographs meet the artistic and technical standards for final delivery.
Not every image captured during a session will be edited or delivered.
Images containing test shots, duplicates, missed focus, blinking, unflattering expressions, accidental captures, or other photographs the Photographer considers unsuitable may be deleted and will not be provided.
RAW & Unedited Files
RAW files, unedited photographs, proofs rejected during the Photographer’s selection process, and other unfinished files are not included in the client’s purchase and will not be delivered.
Editing & Retouching
Standard editing may include exposure correction, color adjustment, cropping, light skin cleanup, tonal adjustments, and other edits consistent with the Moments with LIME style.
Extensive retouching, object removal, background replacement, body modification, complex composite editing, clothing alteration, or other specialized work is not automatically included.
Additional editing may be available for an additional charge at the Photographer’s discretion.
The Photographer will not substantially alter a person's appearance unless specifically agreed upon.
Digital Delivery
Finished photographs are delivered electronically through an online gallery, download link, or another digital-delivery method selected by the Photographer.
No physical prints, USB drives, albums, canvases, or other tangible photography products are included unless they are expressly listed in the purchased package.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their photographs within the gallery-availability period.
Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but may vary depending on workload, illness, holidays, technical problems, or other circumstances.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific session, clients should refer to the turnaround estimate provided at booking.
Rush editing is not guaranteed unless separately offered and purchased.
Personal Printing Rights
Clients receiving a completed digital gallery are granted a personal-use license to download, display, share, and print their finished photographs for personal and family use.
Clients may order personal prints from a lab of their choice.
The Photographer cannot guarantee the color, cropping, quality, or print accuracy of products created by third-party labs.
Copyright
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Moments with LIME Photography retains copyright in the photographs created by the Photographer.
Purchasing a session or receiving digital files does not transfer copyright ownership.
The client may not sell the photographs, commercially license them, enter them for commercial publication, remove copyright or attribution information where applicable, or authorize commercial use by another company without written permission from the Photographer.
Filters & Alterations
Clients are encouraged to enjoy and share their photographs.
However, applying strong filters, significantly altering the Photographer’s finished edits, or representing a modified photograph as the Photographer’s original finished work is discouraged because it may misrepresent the Moments with LIME editing style.
Portfolio & Model Release
Permission for portfolio, website, social-media, advertising, promotional, sample, or other public use of identifiable client photographs will be governed by the model release or photography agreement completed for the session.
Where a release is required for a minor, the release must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
If a client has questions about how photographs may be used, those questions should be resolved before signing the applicable release.
Founding Client Sessions
Founding Client Sessions are offered at special introductory pricing while Moments with LIME Photography builds its portfolio and business materials.
Because the discounted rate is connected to the Founding Client program, participation may include specific portfolio or model-release requirements disclosed before booking.
The applicable release should be reviewed carefully before completing the booking.
Social Media
Clients may share their finished photographs on social media for personal use.
When practical, tagging or crediting Moments with LIME Photography is appreciated but is not required unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used toward eligible Moments with LIME Photography services.
Gift cards:
have no cash value except where required by law;
do not guarantee a particular session date or time;
are subject to Photographer availability;
may require the recipient to pay the difference if the selected service costs more than the gift-card value; and
may not be used for services specifically excluded in the applicable gift-card terms.
Any expiration provision will be governed by the terms shown when the gift card is purchased and applicable law.
Session Pricing
Pricing shown at the time of booking applies to that particular reservation.
Future prices may change without notice.
Previously purchased services, gift cards, promotions, or special offers are subject to their stated terms.
Promotions, Coupons & Complimentary Sessions
Coupons, complimentary sessions, founding-client offers, giveaways, and promotional sessions may contain additional restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:
have no cash value;
cannot be combined with other offers;
are subject to scheduling availability; and
apply only to the service identified in the promotion.
Safety
The Photographer may stop, relocate, or decline a pose or activity that the Photographer reasonably believes creates an unsafe condition.
Clients remain responsible for supervising children and pets.
The Photographer is not responsible for ordinary risks associated with public locations, including uneven surfaces, weather, wildlife, traffic, water features, stairs, or other environmental hazards, except to the extent liability cannot legally be limited.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their own clothing, phones, jewelry, purses, vehicles, equipment, and other personal belongings during the session.
Equipment Failure or File Loss
Moments with LIME Photography uses reasonable care in capturing, handling, backing up, and delivering photographs.
In the unlikely event photographs are lost, corrupted, destroyed, or otherwise unavailable because of equipment malfunction, storage failure, file corruption, theft, casualty, or another circumstance beyond reasonable control, the Photographer may offer a reshoot, refund, or another reasonable remedy depending on the circumstances.
Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be considered in breach for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond that party's control, including severe weather, natural disaster, government restrictions, widespread utility or internet failure, serious illness, emergency, venue closure, or other extraordinary event.
The parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule when appropriate.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under Oklahoma or federal law.
Moments with LIME Photography intends to provide clear pricing and service terms and to conduct business fairly and transparently. Oklahoma's Consumer Protection Unit enforces laws addressing deceptive, fraudulent, and unfair business practices.
Changes to These Terms
Moments with LIME Photography may update these Terms from time to time.
The terms applicable to a particular booked session will generally be those presented to the client at the time of booking unless both parties agree to a later modification.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
