Our LIME Trunk or Treat is about more than candy, it’s about bringing people together.

If you own a business, work with a local organization, or simply want to be part of the fun, we’d love to have you decorate a trunk and join us for the evening. It’s a relaxed, family-friendly way to introduce yourself to local families, share what you do, and be part of a community event people will remember.

Decorate your vehicle however you’d like, pass out candy or small treats, set up a simple game, bring business goodies for the parents, just come ready to have fun!

One of the best parts is seeing everyone arrive in costume the little superheroes, princesses, witches, dinosaurs, ghosts, and all the creative outfits families come up with. Watching the kids light up as they visit each trunk is what makes the night so special.

You’ll have the chance to meet people, laugh, take photos, share your business, and make memories right alongside everyone attending.

Hi, I’m Susan Honaker, the heart behind Susan at Lime and the person who believes real estate should always feel personal, welcoming, and rooted in genuine relationships.

As a Realtor® serving the Oklahoma City Metro and surrounding communities, helping people buy and sell homes is only part of the story. The bigger mission has always been creating connection, supporting families, and building a community where people feel seen, valued, and cared for long after closing day.

The LIME 👻🍬🚗 Trunk or Treat! 🚗🍬👻 was created from that same type of caring heart, the heart LIME was built on, our broker Jared Kennedy’s heart for the community.

This night is about giving back to the people who continue to support this journey, clients, friends, local businesses, neighbors, and the incredible Oklahoma communities that make this all possible.

We welcome businesses of all kinds, not just real estate-related companies. Is there a cost to participate?

No! There is no fee to participate in the LIME Realty Trunk or Treat.

Your only cost is whatever you choose to bring for your trunk:such as decorations, candy, small giveaways, games, or promotional materials for your business.

You can keep your setup simple or get as creative as you’d like. We’re just excited to have local businesses and community partners join us, meet families, and help make the evening fun and memorable. 🎃👻🍬🚗

How many people are expected to attend?

Because this is a community event open to families throughout OKC and the surrounding areas, we don’t have a final attendance number yet. We’re actively promoting the event and will share updated attendance information with participating trunks as we get closer to event night.

Can sponsors sell products during the event?

No, direct sales are not permitted during the event. This is a complimentary community event, and we intend to keep the atmosphere relaxed and family-focused. Sponsors ARE encouraged to:
✔ Market their business
✔ Interact with guests
✔ Hand out swag
✔ Offer coupons or samples
✔ Collect contact information voluntarily shared by guests
✔ Build relationships and brand awareness

What should sponsors bring?

Sponsors are encouraged to decorate their trunk, bring candy or small kid-friendly giveaways, and have fun with their setup! You are also welcome to bring a simple game, business cards, flyers, coupons, or goodie bags for parents. This is a great opportunity to share your business in a fun, relaxed way while making memories with local families. Please feel free to make your space as simple or as creative as you’d like. 🎃👻🍬

Please avoid anything that could create a trip hazard or require access to an electrical outlet unless previously arranged.

Can sponsors hand out samples or giveaways?

Absolutely. We encourage sponsors to create fun, interactive experiences for guests. Popular ideas include: Coupons Swag bags, Prize wheels, Candy/snacks, Samples, Photo booths, Small games, Giveaways.

What makes this event different from other vendor events?

Families are encouraged to stay, visit the trunks, enjoy activities, and connect with participating businesses.
