That is why we invite local businesses, service providers, community organizations, and professional partners to join us during our Tuesday Training meetings.
This is a relaxed, professional, and fun opportunity to introduce your business to LIME agents, share what you offer, and help us better connect our clients with trusted businesses across the Oklahoma City metro.
You do not have to be directly connected to real estate to come meet us.
We want to know the businesses that make our communities better: home services, family services, restaurants, wellness providers, local shops, trades, schools, nonprofits, event vendors, professional services, and neighborhood resources our clients may need when they move into a new area.

Businesses are welcome to bring items that help our agents understand who you are, what you offer, and when you may be a helpful resource for our clients.
You May Bring:
Breakfast or light refreshments
Swag or branded giveaways
Business cards
Brochures or flyers
Coupons or special offers
Samples or display items
Marketing materials
A short presentation or talking points

The Power of Client Appreciation
More Than Just an Event Moving can be lonely.
When my family and I relocated from Detroit to Oklahoma City in 2011, we left behind everything familiar: family, friends, routines, and the comfort of knowing where we belonged. We started over in Oklahoma, built new friendships, and began creating a new life here.
Then life shifted again.
In 2018, we moved to Texas. I tried to embrace it, but my heart never truly left Oklahoma. For three years, I missed the friendships, the community, and the sense of belonging I had found here.
In 2021, we finally moved back to Oklahoma City. I thought returning would instantly feel like coming home, but things had changed. Friendships were different. Life had moved on. And even though I was back in the place I had missed so much, I still felt like an outsider.
Then I received an invitation to attend a LIME Realty Client Appreciation event.
It was the 2021 Fireworks event, and I still remember how excited I felt. It was not just an invitation to an event. It felt like an invitation to belong again.
When we arrived, we were greeted warmly, my children were given gifts, explained how everything worked, and made sure we knew where to find food and drinks. That night, my family laughed, celebrated, and felt connected for the first time in a long time.
That experience stayed with me.
A few months later, we were invited to LIME’s Halloween Client Event. Then came the Easter Egg Hunt. Then more events, more memories, more conversations, more laughter, and more moments where my family felt seen.
By 2023, LIME events had become a tradition for us. They were something we looked forward to because they gave us more than a fun night out. They gave us connection.
They reminded us that we were not alone.
We were not just clients.
We were part of a community. That changed everything for me.
In 2024, I realized I did not just want to attend these events anymore. I wanted to help create them for other families. I wanted to be on the other side of the invitation, helping people feel the way the LIME team had made me feel.
That is what led me into real estate.
That is what led me to LIME.
Today, as a LIME Realty agent, I understand client appreciation differently. These events are not just about marketing, networking, or staying top of mind. They are about relationships. They are about helping families feel remembered, included, and connected long after closing day.
My first event as an agent was Pictures with Santa, and I loved every part of it: working with other agents, planning details, connecting with sponsors, handing out invitations, setting up the event, passing out cookies, and watching families smile.
It reminded me exactly why I fell in love with these events in the first place.
For me, LIME client appreciation events were life-changing. They helped me feel like I belonged when I needed it most. They inspired me to become an agent. I get to help extend that same feeling to other families.
That is why these events matter.
Sometimes, an invitation is more than an invitation.
Sometimes it is the beginning of someone feeling at home again.
LIME Realty is not just a brokerage to me. It is where I found my place. I cannot wait to help others feel the same.
Become Part of the Moments Families Remember
Our client appreciation events are designed to bring people together.
For some families, these events are a fun night out. For others, they become part of their story: a first holiday tradition in a new city, a chance to meet neighbors, a photo with Santa, a fireworks memory, a laugh at a Halloween event, or a moment where they finally feel connected.
When your business sponsors a LIME Realty event, you are doing more than advertising.
You are showing up where relationships are being built.
You are becoming part of a community experience.
You are helping families feel welcomed, remembered, and at home.
That is the power of client appreciation.

Jared Kennedy is the kind of leader who makes people believe bigger is possible. As the founder of LIME Realty, he built more than a brokerage; he built a culture where agents are challenged, supported, encouraged, and reminded that real estate is still deeply human.
Jared leads with vision, energy, and a contagious belief that marketing matters, relationships matter, and people rise when they are surrounded by the right kind of leadership.
He has a way of making the room feel alive with possibility, whether he is teaching, inspiring agents to think differently, or creating experiences that bring clients, families, and the community together.
What makes Jared special is not just that he dreams big, but that he invites others to build with him. He believes in excellence, but he also believes in fun. He believes in growth, but never at the expense of connection.
LIME Realty reflects that spirit: bold, relationship-driven, creative, generous, and always moving toward something greater.

LIME stands for:
Love
We lead with care for our clients, our agents, our families, and our communities.
Integrity
We believe in doing the right thing, telling the truth, and building trust through every interaction.
Marketing
We believe strong marketing matters, not only for homes, but for people, businesses, and opportunities.
Expertise
We believe agents should continue learning, growing, and improving so we can serve clients with confidence.
At LIME, we are professional, prepared, and serious about serving people well.
We are also fun, welcoming, creative, and genuinely enjoyable to be around.
Our office culture is built around relationships, support, community, education, and showing up for each other.
When someone buys or sells a home, they are often entering a new chapter of life.
They may need a contractor, a dentist, a local coffee shop, a pediatrician, a dog groomer, a photographer, a landscaper, a church, a mechanic, a gym, a school resource, a favorite lunch spot, or someone who simply makes their new community feel familiar.
We want our agents to know the businesses behind those recommendations.
We want to shake your hand, hear your story, understand your services, and know when you may be the right fit for someone we serve.

Jon Stefanick is one of those people who quietly makes everyone around him better.
As LIME Realty’s Director of Education and Operations, he brings the heart of a teacher, the mind of a researcher, and the steady presence of someone who genuinely wants others to succeed.
His background in music education, leadership, conducting, research, and real estate gives him a rare ability to see both the big picture and the smallest details that keep an office moving well.
At LIME, Jon is more than the person who helps coordinate education and operations; he is the person agents know they can turn to when they have a question, need direction, or simply need someone to help them think through the next step. He keeps the office organized, the systems moving, the trainings meaningful, and the culture encouraging.
What makes Jon such a gift to the LIME team is the way he builds people up without making it about himself. He teaches with patience, leads with humility, solves problems with calm confidence, and helps agents feel more capable than they did before they walked into his office.
Jon’s presence is part of what makes LIME feel supported, professional, and rooted in growth. He reminds us that education is not just about information; it is about helping people become stronger, wiser, and more confident in the work they are called to do.

While LIME Realty offers wonderful opportunities for local businesses to meet agents, present during Tuesday Training, leave materials at the office, teach CE classes, and sponsor larger client events, there are also ways to partner directly with me.
As a LIME Realty agent, I am always looking for trusted local businesses I can confidently introduce to my clients, friends, family, and community.
Real estate gives me the privilege of walking with people through big life transitions: buying a first home, selling a home full of memories, moving into a new neighborhood, relocating to Oklahoma, preparing for a fresh start, or creating a more stable future for their family. In those moments, people often need more than an agent. They need reliable businesses, helpful services, community connections, and people they can trust.
That is where local partnerships matter.
There are many ways businesses can partner with me, including open house sponsorships, client gifts, community events, educational workshops, vendor spotlights, relocation resources, neighborhood guides, local business features, giveaways, seasonal campaigns, and special events designed to serve families across the OKC metro.
My goal is not just to collect business cards.
My goal is to build real relationships with local businesses that care about serving people well.
When we partner intentionally, we can help each other grow. I can help introduce your business to people who may need what you offer, and you can help provide trusted resources, value, and support to the clients and families I serve.
The best partnerships are not one-sided. They are built on trust, shared values, consistency, and a genuine desire to help people feel cared for.
If your business serves homeowners, families, buyers, sellers, relocating clients, seniors, military families, new residents, or people building a life in the OKC metro, I would love to learn more about what you do.
Together, we can build each other’s businesses up while creating a better experience for the people we serve.
Your business may be exactly the resource one of our agents needs to know about.
At LIME Realty, we believe strong communities are built through real relationships: the people who serve families, support homeowners, care for neighborhoods, create memorable experiences, solve problems, and help clients feel at home in every season of life.
Whether you want to introduce your business during Tuesday Training, leave your materials at the office, offer a CE class, or explore sponsorship opportunities at one of our client events, we would love to hear from you.
You do not have to be real estate-connected to belong in the room.
You simply need a heart for serving people well.
When local businesses and LIME agents connect, our clients benefit. Our communities benefit. And together, we create something bigger than a transaction.
We create relationships that last.
Come meet the LIME Realty agents.
Share your business.
Build connections.
Be remembered.
